Can I request an invoice for my MouthX order?

Your invoice or purchase receipt should be available in your customer account or sent by email after purchase. If you cannot find it or need help, contact Aurax Support.

You can request or access an invoice for your MouthX order.

After completing your purchase, you should receive a purchase receipt by email. Your invoice or order documentation may also be available in your customer account, which you can access from our website on the top right corner.

Where to find your invoice

First, check:

  • the email used for your purchase
  • your purchase confirmation email
  • your customer account, if available
  • your spam or promotions folder

The invoice or receipt is usually linked to the order confirmation or purchase documentation.

If you cannot find it

If you cannot find your invoice or need it to be sent again, contact Aurax Support. When contacting us, include:

  • your full name
  • the email used for the purchase
  • your order number, if you have it
  • any billing details that need to appear on the invoice

If you need the invoice to include specific company, tax, or billing information, contact Aurax Support as soon as possible after placing your order.
