I haven’t received my purchase confirmation
If you have not received your MouthX purchase confirmation, check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact Aurax Support so we can help you verify your order.
After completing your purchase, you should receive a confirmation email at the email address used during checkout. If you have not received it, follow these steps:
Step 1: check your inbox
Make sure you are checking the same email address you used to place your order. Sometimes confirmation emails may take a few minutes to arrive.
Step 2: check spam or promotions
If the confirmation email is not in your main inbox, check:
- spam or junk folder
- promotions folder
- updates folder
- any other filtered inbox section
Search for emails from Aurax or for terms such as “MouthX”, “Aurax”, “order confirmation”, or “purchase confirmation”.
Step 3: check for typing mistakes
If you still cannot find the email, there may have been a typing mistake in the email address entered during checkout. This can prevent the confirmation email from reaching you correctly.

If you cannot find your purchase confirmation after checking these folders, contact Aurax Support.
When contacting us, include as much information as possible, such as:
- full name used for the purchase
- email address used during checkout
- approximate date of purchase
- payment confirmation, if available
- any order reference or transaction reference you may have
