Where can I check my MouthX order status?
You can check your MouthX order status through the email updates sent by Aurax after your purchase. If you cannot find an update or need help, contact Aurax Support.
After placing your MouthX order, Aurax will send you email updates as your order moves through the process.
These emails may include information about:
- your purchase confirmation
- next steps for your MouthX setup or scan
- production or preparation updates
- shipping confirmation
- tracking information, when available
Check your email
To check your order status, start by looking for emails from Aurax in the inbox you used when placing your order.
If you cannot find the email, check:
- your spam folder
- your promotions folder
- your updates folder
- any other inbox category used by your email provider
When your order is shipped
Once your MouthX order is ready to ship, Aurax will send you a shipping confirmation email.
If tracking information is available, it will be included in that email or sent in a separate shipping update.
If you cannot find your order update
If you cannot find your order confirmation, shipping update, or tracking information, contact Aurax Support. When contacting us, include:
- your full name
- the email used for the purchase
- your order number, if you have it
- the approximate date of purchase
This helps the support team locate your order more quickly.
