The app doesn’t recognize or find my MouthX

Make sure Bluetooth is enabled and the device is charged. If it still doesn’t appear in the app, remove any previous pairings and repeat the connection process.

If the Aurax App cannot detect your MouthX, follow these steps to restore the connection:
  1. Check Bluetooth. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone or tablet. We recommend Bluetooth 5.0 or higher for stable connectivity.
  2. Ensure MouthX is powered on and charged. Interact with the joysticks to confirm the device responds. If there is no reaction, place it on the charging dock until the white LED appears.
  3. Restart the connection process.
    1. Open the Aurax App
    2. Go to the device pairing section
    3. Remove any existing MouthX connections from your Bluetooth settings
    4. Start the pairing process again from the app
  4. Move closer to your device. Stay within a short range (less than 1 meter) during pairing to ensure stable detection.
If the app still can’t find your MouthX, contact Aurax Support. We’ll help you troubleshoot further and verify if the issue is related to configuration or hardware.
