How long does the process take from scanning to delivery of the device?

After we receive your intraoral scan, the full production and delivery process of your custom MouthX generally takes between 3 and 5 weeks.

Timelines can vary slightly depending on two factors:

Order volume at the time of your submission. Higher production demand may extend the manufacturing queue.
Validation of the initial dummy. Before creating your final MouthX, we produce a non-electronic dummy version to validate the fit and comfort. If the dummy requires adjustments or repetition, the timeline may increase slightly.
Once the dummy is validated, your personalized MouthX goes into final production, quality checks and shipping.
